Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for orders placed directly through our buy-now page, and for bulk/distributor orders confirmed with our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was confirmed, call us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund

STEP 1

Call (877) 774-1196 with your order reference and reason for the request.

STEP 2

Our team reviews your order details and confirms whether a refund, replacement, or exchange applies.

STEP 3

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping costs already incurred, subject to confirmation with our team.

Opened or Used Products

For health and safety reasons, opened or used strips cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

No email or online return form is required — every refund, return, or exchange request is handled directly through our phone line so our team can confirm the details with you personally.

Bulk & Distributor Orders

Refunds, returns, or replacements for bulk and distributor orders are handled according to the terms agreed at the time of order confirmation. Contact your LN Pharmaceuticals representative directly, or call the number below.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order before it ships, call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel or amend the order if it hasn't yet been dispatched.
